Mi-Lo Monitoring Subscription

This is the monitoring service behind your Mi-Lo devices. You choose between two service types, Family Monitored and 911 Monitored, and each can be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Family Monitored

• $50/month
• $145 every 3 months (quarterly)
• $500/year (annual), Best Value, save $100 per year

911 Monitored

• $60/month
• $175 every 3 months (quarterly)
• $620/year (annual), Best Value, save $100 per year

With Family Monitored, a two-way call opens to the family members or caregivers you choose. With 911 Monitored, a trained emergency team handles alerts and can coordinate EMS, fire, or police. The 911 Monitored plan is priced higher because it includes access to the professional emergency monitoring service. You can add family members for SMS and email notifications, and anyone with access receives a login to view the wearer’s location and account details.
