1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada. Contact us to discuss shipping outside Canada.
2. Delivery times & costs
Standard shipping is 4–7 business days; express shipping is 1–2 business days. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and are subject to confirmation.
3. Order tracking
A tracking link is emailed once your order ships, and is also available under Orders in My Account.
4. Applicable taxes
Canadian sales tax (GST, HST, or GST+PST depending on province) is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Exact rates by province are to be confirmed and configured before launch.
5. Duties & customs
As shipments currently originate and stay within Canada, no customs duties apply for Canadian orders.
