The device is programed with a trusted family member's phone number, when the SOS is activated, it will then call the designated number allowing a two-way hands-free communication connection between the device and the family members cell phone. Other family members can be added to the list of SMS/Email Notifications. Family members will be given software login information allowing them to view their loved ones' tracking as well as all other pertinent information.
